What is QoS?

QoS (Quality of Service) lets your router prioritise certain traffic — keeping a video call smooth while someone else downloads games, by giving the call's packets right of way.

Find it in the router's advanced settings, sometimes as "prioritisation" or gaming modes. On fast connections (500 Mbps+) it often matters little; on slower ones, prioritising your work laptop can transform call quality.
