What is Windows Hello?

Windows Hello is Windows' biometric sign-in: face recognition, fingerprint, or a short PIN that's tied to the physical machine rather than your Microsoft account password.

Set it up under Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options. The PIN sounds weaker than a password but isn't: it never leaves the device and can't be used to sign in from anywhere else.
