What is Game Mode (TV)?
Game Mode strips out the TV's picture processing to minimise input lag — the delay between pressing a button and seeing the result. It routinely cuts lag from ~80–100 ms to under 15 ms.
Modern TVs auto-switch via ALLM when a console powers on; otherwise enable it in picture settings for the console's HDMI input. The slight picture-processing loss is invisible next to the responsiveness gain.
